Pharmacy Program- Day and Evening

Pharmacy Program is a pioneering initiative to offer pharmacy education at the Bachelor’s level (Bachelor of Pharmacy) in the Sultanate of Oman. The College is committed to educating and preparing its students for the evolving general practice of Pharmacy and to work in concert with other healthcare professionals to serve the healthcare support needs of the people of the country. The program is four years in duration including a one-semester externship during the fourth year. The language of instruction is English.

From September 2010 onwards the College offers an Evening program in Pharmacy.The program is designed for students who have graduated from the Assistant Pharmacy Program or have obtained a BS degree in Chemistry, Biology or Medical Laboratory Sciences. These students will receive transfer credit for basic courses and offer placement test in some advanced courses; however, the remaining curriculum will be identical to that offered in the regular program. The evening B.Pharm program is of two and a half years duration.
