Oman Medical College opens new auditorium and Hostel
COMMUNITY HEALTH AWARENESS BY STUDENTS OF OMC.
On 14th November 2011 students of Oman Medical College observed the World Diabetes Day.
The students of OMC with an objective of creating awareness on diabetes in the community adopted two neighboring schools- Azzan Bin Qais International School and Imam Muhanna Bin Sultan Boys school at Bowsher.
The students in these schools were enlightened about diabetes through Exhibition of brochures & posters on diabetes as well as presentations were made by the students. The student council arranged for a Free Diabetes screening camp in coordination with the Ministry of Health in the college premises.

The new auditorium and hostel of Oman Medical College at Baushar was inaugurated on 8th Feb,2012 under the patronage of Her Excellency Dr Rawya Bint Saud Al Busaidi, Minister of Higher Education.
